The Urban Lotus Yoga & Pilates Studio is a wonderful place to practice yoga and pilates. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear guidance in each class. The studio is clean and well-maintained, creating a calm and peaceful environment. I have seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility since joining this studio. Highly recommend!
