I had a mixed experience while dealing with Optima recruitment. While the team was responsive and helpful in finding suitable job opportunities, their communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, they did manage to assist me in finding a job that met my requirements, so overall, I would rate them as average.
