I recently had an experience with Advent Internal Medicine and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, my experience was average. The company website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist seemed disinterested and was not very helpful in answering my questions. Additionally, the wait time at the office was longer than I expected. On a positive note, the doctor I saw was knowledgeable and was able to address my medical concerns effectively. The office was clean and well-maintained. While there were some areas for improvement, such as customer service, I believe Advent Internal Medicine is an average clinic that provides adequate medical care.
