I have dealt with Wandsworth borough council on several occasions and overall my experience has been average. The customer service representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a resolution to my issue. However, once my issue was escalated to a higher level, the staff were more competent and able to assist me. The website is user-friendly and provides a lot of useful information. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and efficiency.
