I have been practicing martial arts for years, and Jeet kune do is by far one of the best systems I've come across. The instructors are highly experienced and passionate about what they do. The training is intense and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. I would highly recommend Jeet kune do to anyone looking to learn self-defense and improve their overall fitness.
