I had a mixed experience with Aussie Travel. While their booking process was smooth and efficient, there were some issues during the trip. The hotels they booked for us were not up to par and the tour guide seemed disinterested. However, their customer service was responsive and tried to resolve the issues. Overall, an average experience.
