I have been a customer of Run epic- out run your excuses for a while now, and I have to say it's been a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions for each workout. The variety of workouts keeps things interesting, and I always feel challenged. The community is also very supportive and motivating. Overall, I highly recommend this company!
