I had a mixed experience with Hashdex. While the website is well-designed and easy to navigate, I found the investment options to be somewhat limited. It would be great if they could expand their offerings to cater to a wider range of investors. The customer support was responsive, but sometimes it took a bit longer to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
