I recently used the services of this accounting company and I have to say, they were average. I visited their website, mjrcpas.com, which was quite informative and well-designed. However, I found their overall service to be just okay. The staff was professional, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to address my concerns. The communication could have been better as well. I had to follow up a couple of times before receiving a response. In terms of pricing, they were within the average range compared to other accounting firms. They handled my tax filing efficiently, but I wasn't overly impressed with the level of attention to detail. Overall, I think they offer a satisfactory service, but there are other accounting firms out there that might provide a more exceptional experience.
