The website design company I recently used was average. I had some mixed experiences with them. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and they listened to my needs in terms of website layout and design. However, the overall design process felt a bit rushed, as if they were trying to finish quickly rather than paying attention to detail. There were a few times when I had to point out errors or inconsistencies in the design, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found their pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other web design companies. On the plus side, they did deliver the website within the agreed-upon time frame. While they were not exceptional, they did an okay job overall.
