I have been attending Isi Elite Training for a few weeks now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The trainers are friendly and professional, and they really know their stuff. The workouts are intense, but they are also designed to be enjoyable. I love the variety of exercises and the attention to detail. The facility is clean and well-maintained.
