I recently had the opportunity to use Strata insurance group for my insurance needs. The experience was overall satisfactory. The policy options were fair and the premiums were competitive. However, I did face some challenges with the claims process, where it took longer than expected to resolve my claim. The customer service was decent, but it could have been more responsive. While I don't have any major complaints, I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas.
