I had a mixed experience with H. watt & scott, incorporated. While their website was user-friendly and informative, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and even then, they were not very helpful. Despite these issues, the quality of their products was excellent and their prices were competitive.
