I had a mixed experience with Thesis. While the end result was satisfactory, the communication at times was lacking and caused delays. However, the team was apologetic and rectified the issues promptly. The website they developed for me looks great and functions well. I appreciate their effort in ensuring customer satisfaction. With some improvements in their communication process, I believe they can excel even more.
