I had a mixed experience with Atlantic Rim. While their services were satisfactory, I found the website at-rim.com to be clunky and difficult to navigate. The customer support was helpful, but there were some delays in getting a response. Overall, I think Atlantic Rim has room for improvement in certain areas.
