I recently used the services of a polygraph company for a sensitive matter. The experience was decent, but I felt that the customer service could have been better. The polygraph test itself was conducted professionally and the staff was knowledgeable. However, there were some communication issues and delays in getting my results. Overall, it was an average experience.
