I recently used a claims management service for an issue, and unfortunately, my experience was just average. The response time was a bit slower than I expected, and the communication could have been clearer. The website was user-friendly, and the initial process was smooth, but there were some delays in getting updates on the progress of my claim. Overall, the service was okay, but there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and proactive communication with clients.
