I recently made a purchase from Sojo central for the first time and overall it was a satisfactory experience. The website is simple to use, and the checkout process was smooth. However, I did not receive any email confirmation after placing my order, so I had to contact customer support to ensure everything was in order. They quickly resolved the issue, but it would have been more convenient if I had received the confirmation automatically.
