I recently used the services of a counseling company based in Chicago. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of helpful information. The counselors were professional and knowledgeable. However, I found the scheduling process to be a bit cumbersome and the wait time for appointments was longer than expected. Additionally, I felt that the follow-up after sessions could have been more proactive. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this company to those who are patient and not in immediate need of counseling services.
