The response time to my inquiries was slow, and there were some delays in the project timeline. However, I must commend them for the quality of their work, which was impressive. Their attention to detail and precision in their work is evident. Despite the communication issues, the final outcome met my expectations. It would be beneficial for them to improve their responsiveness and project management to enhance the overall customer experience.🙂
