I recently had the opportunity to work with a photography company for my special event. Although I was excited to find a professional photographer, my experience with this particular company left something to be desired. The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, when I reached out to inquire about their services, the response time was slow, and communication was lacking. 😕

On the day of the event, the photographer arrived on time and was friendly, but I noticed there was some miscommunication regarding my specific requests. It seemed as though they weren't fully prepared, which was disappointing. The photos themselves were decent, but nothing extraordinary. They captured the essence of the event, but lacked that "wow" factor I was hoping for. Overall, I would rate my experience with this photography company as average. 👍🏼
