The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. I have learned so much about capoeira, not just the physical techniques, but also about its rich history and cultural significance. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun, and I always leave feeling energized and inspired. I cannot recommend Capoeira social project enough!
