I recently stayed at Institute and had an average experience. The lodge and amenities were decent, but nothing outstanding. The website, icybaylodge.com, provided helpful information and booking was a breeze. However, I feel that more could be done to improve customer service and make guests feel truly valued. Overall, it was an average stay.
