I had mixed feelings when I visited the Monmouth County SPCA. The staff were polite and the facility was clean, but it felt overcrowded. The animals seemed well-cared for, but there were limited resources available. Overall, I appreciate their efforts, but I hope they can improve the conditions for the animals in the future.
