I recently purchased a dining set from this company. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was on time. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the furniture. It looked great online, but in reality, the wood was quite rough, and the chairs were wobbly. 🙁 I expected better craftsmanship considering the price. On a positive note, the customer service was responsive when I reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate their willingness to assist, but ultimately, the product did not meet my expectations. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and improve the quality of their products.
