Quality of service has gone down quiet a lot. If there is a problem with the product, you are better off writing it off as a loss than going back to them for help. It used to be one of my go to places if I needed any photography gear, nowadays, I only go there if it is something that no one else offers or I cannot order from the supplier overseas.
Normally it is the employees who can be difficult, strangely for Kayell, it is the owner who is very short tempered. Probably he is made enough so he doesn't care anymore.
