Glassify is an interactive bar glass that features an integrated printed circuit board and QR code to let customers scan codes into their smartphones to get real-time information about their drinks, consumption, and promotions. Bars can assess and cater to drinkers' behavior, offering recommendations, promotions, and deals. App users can also fill an e-wallet and, using NFC, buy others' drinks. They can also see who is drinking what at local bars. The app monitors drinking amounts and recommends taxis. Glassify was founded by May 2015 and is based in Tel Aviv.
