The company’s products include external combination analog and digital TV tuners for PCs and laptops; high-definition video recorders for making real-time video recordings; products to watch live TV on iPad, iPhone, or mobile devices; internal TV tuners; digital CableCARD tuners; analog TV tuners and video capture products; European digital TV receivers; and digital media-adapters. It also offers WinTV v7.2 with Extend, a TV application for Windows PC, and a remote TV viewing application for iPad or iPhone or PC or Mac. Hauppauge Computer Works was founded in 1982 and is based in Hauppauge, New York. Currently, it operates as a subsidiary of Hauppauge Digital Inc.
