Intensivate’s silicon establishes the category of Cluster CPUs, providing a 12x increase in data center performance while running unmodified, existing workloads and supporting the full Linux ecosystem. The product benefits cloud, on-prem and edge applications that are not well served by GPUs, FPGAs and general purpose CPUs. Intensivate's data center product, IntenScale, is a PCIe card equivalent to 21 standard servers at only 350W. The card contains 21 of Intensivate's patented 16 core, 16 thread Cluster CPU chips, giving the card a total of 336 cores, 5367 threads, and 672GB of DRAM.
