MBK Healthcare Management (MHM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd (Mitsui) which is one of the largest investment and trading companies in the world today with more than 42,000 staff (consolidated). MHM was established as the dedicated investment and operations management platform for the healthcare business of Mitsui. As the largest shareholder of IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH, KLSE: 5225, SGX: Q0F), which is a premium healthcare provider operating 83 hospitals in 12 countries with more than 15,000 licensed beds, MHM’s mission is to create long-term value within existing assets including IHH and to grow the portfolio within the healthcare ecosystem of Mitsui.
