Our ability to evolve as a business whilst ensuring our existing service offer continues to meet and exceed our customers expectations, is dependent not only on our people, but on the tools we give them.We've invested heavily in ensuring we have the latest technology at our operations disposal; from HS Packing machines, and Axon returns scanners, to Optrak route mapping software. And the investment is ongoing.In 2011, we completed installation of the most advanced SAP press distribution system in the world across our network which is revolutionising processes across the entire business and our recent roll out of Track and Trace has reduced the number of claims we receive by half.
