Movinhand is a new programmatic ad platform for recruiting. We've built a pilot scale DSP uniquely adapted to recruiting across all publishers and devices. Businesses can now target the right candidates, at the right time across thousands of sites and social networks. As employers choose their candidates they send recruiting signals into their campaign. Ad delivery then self-optimises towards similar audiences. Our promise is that behavioral, contextual & sequential (re)targeting accelerates the hiring process 10x.
