The much-net was founded in 1982 by Mr. Nikolai Bukureschtliew (today's majority shareholder). The standard application PMS (portfolio and risk management system) "made in Germany", which is now used internationally by more than 80 customers, was created from the original personal programs for banks and insurance companies. Founded in 1989 in the Bundes- und Beethovenstadt Bonn, the GmbH was converted into a stock corporation in 2000 and is based in Bonn.
