Pluss is an analysis and management consultancy. For private and public enterprises they develop business strategies, conduct strategic organisation and management development as well as train and coach managers. Within the field of governance they develop, train and act as discussion partners for boards of directors. For ministries, government agencies, regions and local authorities they conduct major evaluations and analyses, and they are programme managers in national and international projects.
