Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies provides precision optics and electro-optical subsystems for medical, defense and security, industrial, commercial, and entertainment customers. Later, Raytheon agreed to sell its unit that makes optical systems for aircraft and astronomical research to the B. F. Goodrich Company.
