Reininga Corporation was founded in 1967 by President John H. Reininga, Jr. The Company has developed more than five million square feet of commercial space in the western states, primarily shopping centers. The company's most notable projects are Paseo Nuevo, a 450,000 square foot redevelopment project in downtown Santa Barbara anchored by Nordstrom and Macy's; and Corte Madera Town Center, a 425,000 square foot mixed-use redevelopment project anchored by Safeway, Rite Aid, JC Penney, and Marshall's.
