The Justice Collective is equal parts strategic initiative consulting, professional development, and online community hub. Their mission is to support changemaking and changemakers to be more effective, impactful and connected to the communities they serve, to policymakers and funders and to each other. They catalyze talent for change through a consulting collaborative that executes projects and campaigns for nonprofit organizations, government and private business. Because they bring together experts with a broad catalogue of expertise they work on a wide variety of projects from diversity and inclusion strategy to organizational rebranding. They lead with relationships and trust, their client intake process is designed to provide both them and potential clients the opportunity to explore partnership from a place of mutually shared values and goals. They are selective in which clients they take on because they are deeply invested in the success of each project.
