We acquire multifamily real estate, improve it, and then hold it long term for cash flow. We are currently seeking $1M in equity funding for the acquisition of a 94 unit multifamily property in Birmingham, AL. The property is fully stabilized but still has good upside potential. The investment will pay an 8% dividend and we predict a 12% IRR over five to seven years.
