TRUD.com is a massive job aggregator connecting jobseekers and employers. It was launched in 2009, operates in 9 countries: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova. The main mission of this project is to make comfortable connection between employer and potential applicant and provide both with chance of best labor market choice. Today Trud.com occupies strong positions among Russian market leaders (Top-3 of job-aggregators and Top-8 of job-market players), by giving applicants access to more than 1 500 000 vacancies and providing employers with information about 1 200 000 CV’s. More than 3 000 000 users visit it monthly, previewing 7 000 000 pages.
