Ultapay is a web and mobile-based service that allows credit and debit cardholders to give a loved one or an employee a card that’s connected to their account and control how it’s used. We are doing this by combining patent pending processes & technology with existing card standards to create value for consumers & businesses through unprecedented control and ease of use; and for card issuers, networks & merchants by driving incremental transactions and spend and provide targeted marketing opportunities through rich spend data. ultapay is founded by Leonardo Shapiro, Kristal Bergfield, and George Sibble.
