I've been practicing yoga for several years and have tried a number of different studios, but none compare to Integral Yoga Institute. The instructors are attentive and skilled, and the classes always leave me feeling centered and refreshed. I appreciate the variety of class options and the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
