I am a customer and I have been using Genesis Plastics & Engineering for a while now. I must say that their services are quite average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The delivery is usually on time, which is a plus. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support. They are not always responsive and it can be frustrating when you have urgent queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
