I recently used this event planning company for a small gathering and found their service to be average. The initial communication was prompt and they had some good ideas for the theme, but the execution fell short of my expectations. The decorations were decent, but not as creative as I had hoped for. The staff was friendly, but I noticed a lack of attention to detail during the event. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would consider giving them another chance, but I expect more attention to detail and creativity next time. 🎉
