My recent holiday experience with Australian Holidays Pty Ltd was quite average. While the website, bigboystoyscanberra.com.au, provided all the necessary information, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff was indifferent and not very helpful. However, the holiday itself was decent, and the overall experience was satisfactory. I would consider giving Australian Holidays Pty Ltd another chance in the future.
