I have been banking with Halifax for a while now. Their branch network is quite extensive, and I find it convenient to access their services. However, I feel that the website could be improved in terms of navigation and design. It's not the most user-friendly interface out there. On the positive side, their customer support team has always been helpful whenever I had any issues. I would rate them as a decent bank.
