So this company manages the employee retirement accounts for a school I taught at in Turkey for three years. I have been frustrated with the company day one. The client interface is horrible. Very difficult to work with your money. Very difficult to see the fees. The start up fees were exorbitant! And now, retired, trying to pull the money from my account, it is taking forever. They are giving me so many hoops to jump through, I hate the process. I have finished jumping through the hoops and the disbursement is STILL being processed by some vague person in the company. EMPLOYERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
