As a customer, I recently had an experience with a consulting engineering company that left me with mixed feelings. The website cmce.com.au is informative and easy to navigate, providing useful information about their services. However, I found the overall customer service to be average. While the staff was helpful, they sometimes lacked promptness in responding to inquiries and weren't always able to provide satisfactory answers to my questions. Additionally, the communication during the project could have been improved. On a positive note, the engineers were knowledgeable and showcased their expertise well. The final deliverable met expectations, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and responsiveness. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and would consider giving them another chance in the future.
