I had to end the call I told her in a polite way another lady got impatient when she could not hear me and dropped the phone they are not helpful I regret moving to a housing association too expensive bad experience., all.she could say its my responsibility to paint the walls not true if there was water leak that has caused damage they were going to do it now , they can't
