我在寻找Gsuite的付费版本GSuite for Business时选择了它们。没有人能够正确阅读我们的电子邮件通讯，并且每当我们尝试致电它们时，大多数时候都无法使用它们。

我依靠他们进行GSuite以及从事自由职业的域名注册（网站ID）。我还向他们邮寄了有关我完整的帐单/邮寄地址的信息，并打电话给他们以提醒他们正确更新。

第一年后，我正确地更新了我的域（3个域）和GSuite。他们给了我适当的发票和确认单。一个月后，我了解到我的域名无法使用，因此我的电子邮件也无法使用。我可以登录我的GSuite帐户，但是无法发送或接收任何邮件。我被困住了，失去了2-3个海外设计工作。当我给他们打电话时，没有人在那里回答，当我给他们发送邮件时，他们说这已经丢失，他们无能为力。

经过与其他服务提供商的亲身尝试之后，我以自己的名义重新获得了域名，并在6个月后从Econz获得了域名退款。即使我没有用，他们也没有给我GSuite的退款。我原本打算去消费者法院，但是当我生病并住院时，我无法支持它。

我对所有正在寻找与Econz合作的Gsuite商业版的人的建议是避免他们。他们是不专业且不道德的人，这类人对企业不利。
