第1天（星期四）：要求退还外汇卡中的余额以及最新护照的副本（请不要理会他们给我退款表格所花费的时间）。他们告知，根据最新规定，他们无法通过NEFT将退款金额转移到另一家银行，因此第二天将发出需求草稿。他们接了我的电话号码，说准备好后会打个电话。
第2天（星期五）：没有接到任何电话，但考虑到这是一次很简单的交易，已在晚上到达银行以收集需求草稿。惊喜！他们意识到该卡是针对我的旧护照发行的，因此需要链接新的护照号码，并且只能在其他办公室完成，并且需要一两天的时间。他们说一旦DD准备好就给我打电话。
第8天（星期四）：到目前为止没有接到任何电话，他们应该在上个星期二之前打电话。他们告知他们打了两次电话，可以联系我。惊喜！再次！！我需要提交我的旧护照复印件和一个链接新密码的请求（这不能在D1或D2上完成，他们必须冥想一个星期才能实现）。他们这次也收集了我的备用联系电话。
第9天（星期五）：我的两个电话都不打
第10天（星期六）：去了银行，又一次惊喜！他们需要7天的时间来处理新护照号码的更新。最后，第一次接到银行的电话。更新：“更新通行证号码已到最后阶段。这些工作是在孟买办事处完成的，由于其中许多人在家工作，因此会出现延误。这也影响到其他一些客户。必须批准此通行证的人更新出现了一些网络问题，他将在周一之前完成。”我不了解Axis Bank对于组织中只有一个人有权批准此交易真是太天真了。这样的安全操作使他们在南印度没有任何备份，也没有任何人。不确定此人是否必须恢复其网络才能使任何国际分支机构也能正常运行。
第12天（星期一）：交易时扣除了我的卡中的余额的短信。
第13天（星期二）：收到银行通知DD已准备好的电话。我去银行取了DD。
空头交易结束...
Axis Bank位于科塔亚姆的Century Building（YWCA附近）。他们在大楼前有足够的停车区。银行的服务令人满意。
